4Planes services are provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of our services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4Planes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of each jurisdiction serviced. You expressly waive any objection, now or hereafter, to the laying of venue or to the jurisdiction of any such court over any such suit, action, or proceeding. In the event that any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law or court, such provision shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Use, and the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.  Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject formal review and addressed according to local jurisdiction mandates as applicable.

13. Changes to the Terms

4Planes reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the services after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
